    Can we make changes to the order after booking?

    Yes, if props requested is available its yours to hire, however cost may vary depending on your choice of replacement

    According to company policy its 3-5 business days after pick if the item is in same state as delivery.

    We can always close match to the color requested, cost will be additional if there are more than 4 colors in a arch or it is double stuffed to create custom colors

    We have anything from $500-$5k. This means the more budget it is the more props you can add up for bigger set up. However our quality of work remains the same regardless of the amount you set for us.

    Once you are happy to proceed, we will send you invoice and when the booking fee of 25% of total coat is paid your booking will be confirmed.

    This cost usually charged for bigger set up where its time consuming. We try to cover up the labour charges for our crew and extra hands we will need on the day.

    This is one of the very important task we need for our reference, as this will be our point of refence for your event> Therefore its not only important to fill this in, but to fill in with as many information as possible, to make it easier on the day of delivery.

    Mostly, between 3-5 days prior to your event, time may change last minute depending on various factors. however we will let you know ahead with any changes

    This will be depending on the delivery location and venue and bigger set ups will apply for additional crew charges. If we outsource props for your setup seperate pickup/delivery charges will apply for third party supplier

    Yes we have DSDP option. This option is recommended mainly for home venue diy options who do not have a mode of transport pick an drop from us.

    This cost is usually cheaper due to no installation charge by our crew

    We customise all our decals to Font/color compliment your set up, we offer closest match to your request

    No we don’t, however depends on the props availability, if they are available, you can keep for more than a day.if not we will need to pick up for our following job after your event.

    We will charge you for delivery and installation. you can drop it off to us after the event with no cost and no damage to the product. Check with us for prop eligibility for drop self drop off
